I attached the clamps to the tarp at the grommets with a nylon cable tie and it worked.
It worked fine but wanted to add a larger tarp to connect to my new clam screen room to the t b.
Don t use a power drill to do this however.
The old saying goes if you can t duct it it this saying is referring to duct tape and its countless uses and although we definitely adhere pun intended to the belief that duct tape can fix almost anything we ve found that having some additional glues tapes and adhesives are necessary to truly be prepared for all the rv repair projects that come up.
Again have your friends help you lift the drip and place it where it will be installed.
Cover the exposed wires at the end of the light strip with shrink wrap.
Double check that the rail is level then add screws to the remaining holes in the rail.
Route the cord to your interior 12v source and plug it in.

Now that you have the rail you can finally start installing it.
Use a straightened coat hanger to determine where the wiring comes out at in the interior.
Then take the sheet metal screws and attach the drip rail to the top of your recreational vehicle.
Just hold the railing in all the right places and use screws or bolts that came with it to attach it.
I originally attached a tarp to the keder rail of my t b 320 using some poly rope with a knot that fit in the slot.
You can also try running your cords through the hole where the awning wiring comes out.
Make sure the ends are lined up evenly.
This time i found that using some 1 4 nylon clamps from lowes fit perfectly in the keder rail.
