The baby bottle is actually becoming a pretty popular mic among underground rappers these days i can t comment on how it sounds for rap i ve only heard it on a guitar amp. Closest thing i could compare it to would be a c414 b uls with a dip in the midrange. I think the bird is a lot more neutral sounding and the baby bottle has more of a pop rock sound. I saw it and it certainly did look like a toy.

It s got more of mid scoop to it than the baby bottle but the high end isn t what i d call hyped either. The spark has some good reviews and some that claim it to be a mere toy. The bluebird is not application sensitive. It performs the best with acoustic guitars and male vocals.

The baby bottle has its own sound and is considered by many pro s to be superior for some applications. The bluebird microphone has a sweet sound with boosted highs and lows and it works well with female voices.
