After i bought my first longboard i have changed the bearings to bones reds. I will continue to purchase bones products for all my skates. Price wise these are worth every penny for a set of bearings at 17. These are really good bearings.

As with most bearings avoid water if they sound dirty give them a good cleaning and make sure to lube them afterwards. My 8 25 has these bones swiss ceramic and there s definitely a noticable difference the ceramics i have had for 5 months are still faster than my super 6 s. And then when i bought a set of new bones ceramic super reds i decided that i will never ride with another bearings. The higher quality steel parts do make a difference as the bearings spin more smoothly and quietly.
